Terms and conditions:

For male students consist of 16 teams

Female students: consist of 12 teams

1st prize: 2.000.000 idr

2nd prize: 1.500.000 idr

3rd prize: 1.000.000 idr

Award for player: MVP

SOFTBALL

High school team consist of:

- 1 manager

- 2 coaches

- 15 names of player (max.)

- 1 additional player

1st prize: 3.000.000 IDR

2nd prize: 2.500.000 IDR

3rd prize: 2.000.000 IDR

Awards:
- MVP 

- Best pitcher

- best hitter

- best slugger

Cheers and Dance Competition

Cheerleading competition

- consist of high school students, 10 to 25 people at the max

1st prize: 2.000.000 idr

2nd prize: 1.500.000 idr

3rd prize: 1.000.000 idr

Dance competition

- open for all junior and high school students.

- each team consist of 3 to 10 people.

- each school can send out 3 teams max.

- performances can be from 5 to 7 minutes.

For high school category:

1st prize: 2.000.000 idr

2nd prize: 1.500.000 idr

3rd prize: 1.000.000 idr

For junioh high category:

1st prize: 1.000.000 idr

2nd prize: 750.000 idr

3rd prize: 500.000 idr

Photography Competition

SYARAT-SYARAT PERTANDINGAN

1.     Sekolah yang telah mendaftarkan diri untuk berpartisipasi dalam Invitasi Bola Basket, Softball, Futsal, Cheerleader & Dance, Art, Fotografi, Sains & English Club wajib membayar biaya pendaftaran sebagai berikut:

  a)    Bola Basket            :  Rp.    400.000,-

  b)    Softball                   :  Rp. 1.000.000,-

   c)    Cheerleaders            :  Rp.    200.000,- 

d)    Dance                  :  Rp.    150.000,-

e)    Futsal                  :  Rp.    350.000,-

    f)     Mini Soccer            :  Rp.    400.000,-

   g)    Art                        :  RP.    150.000,-

                         h)    Fotografi                  :  Rp.      45.000,-/dicetak atau

    Rp.      50.000,-/soft copy

             i)      Sains & English Club      :  Rp.    100.000,-

      j)      Dance SMP            :  Rp.    150.000,-

 

 Pendaftaran akan diadakan pada :

Hari  / Tanggal      : Jumat, 5 Agustus s/d Jumat, 30 September 2011

Tempat                : SMA Tarakanita 1 Jl. TB. Simatupang No. 1, Cilandak KKO, Jakarta Selatan

  Waktu                : Pkl. 14.30 – 18.00

2.     Wajib mengirimkan 2 siswa/siswi untuk mengikuti Technical Meeting pada :

Hari / Tanggal           :  Senin, 3 Oktober 2011

Tempat                    :  SMA Tarakanita 1 Jl. TB. Simatupang No. 1, Cilandak KKO Jakarta Selatan

Waktu                      : Pkl. 15.00 - selesai

3.     Membawa surat rekomendasi dari Kepala Sekolah yang menjelaskan bahwa anggota tim merupakan siswa / siswi dari sekolah yang bersangkutan.

4.     Mengisi dan mengembalikan formulir pendaftaran yang telah diisi lengkap disertai tanda tangan dari Kepala Sekolah yang bersangkutan.

5.     Masing – masing pendaftar melampirkan :

·       Fotocopy kartu pelajar 1 lembar

·       Pas foto ukuran 3 x 4 sebanyak 2 lembar (1 lembar langsung di tempelkan pada formulir pendaftaran)

6.     Pergantian pemain setelah formulir pendaftaran dikembalikan, harus disertai fotocopy kartu pelajar pemain pengganti sebanyak 1 lembar, pas foto 3 x 4 sebanyak 2 lembar, dan disertai surat rekomendasi Kepala Sekolah yang menjelaskan bahwa pemain pengganti merupakan siswa / siswi dari sekolah yang bersangkutan dan disahkan dengan tanda tangan dari Kepala Sekolah yang bersangkutan.

7.     Upacara Pembukaan TarQ Cup XV akan diselenggarakan pada  :

            Waktu                      : Pkl. 13.00 – selesai

8.     Pelaksanaan pertandingan Softball  :

9.     Pelaksanaan pertandingan Bola Basket, Futsal, Cheerleader & Dance, Desain Kaos, Submit Foto, dan Mading 3D :
